Nebraska lawmakers are considering changes to how the state funds and coordinates services for young people involved in both the child welfare and juvenile justice systems.
During an October 9 hearing on Legislative Resolution 452, members of the Legislature’s Appropriations Committee heard from Nebraska Probation, the Foster Care Review Office, Nebraska Appleseed, and the Department of Health and Human Services.
